High-functioning isn’t the same as okay.
A different kind of psychology for people who are very good at being fine.
You’re good at what you do. You can hold things together. From the outside, you look like someone who has it handled.
But inside, there's something that won't settle. A tension that doesn't lift after the weekend. An exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix. A flatness that's hard to explain to people who think you're doing fine.
You've tried to understand it. Maybe you've done therapy, read the books, worked on your mindset. And some of it helped, for a while. But the relief hasn't lasted, because the problem isn't always what you think. It's not just in your head. It's also in your body, and your body has probably been running on high alert for a very long time.
This work is for people who are done managing themselves and ready to actually come home to themselves.
If you’re looking to work with me, you may be…
Someone who has found, or is finding, success in your chosen field, perhaps in spite of the baggage that you’re carrying
Experiencing physical symptoms such as chronic pain, teeth grinding, chronic muscle tension, headaches, bloating and gastrointestinal issues, and/or fatigue,
Finding that certain aspects of your life are suffering – perhaps, in particular, your relationships,
Realising that no matter how well you perform, there’s still a voice in your head telling you that you’re not good enough,
More or less constantly feeling some level of stressed, on edge, or wound up, which tends to manifest as either: irritation, frustration, anger, and/or rage - or: agitation, nervousness, anxiety, and/or panic (or both!),
Experiencing periods of numbness, collapse, and shutdown, usually experienced as complete burnout, or deep depression.
More than anything, you’ll be someone who has spent years in environments that reward output and overlook cost. You're probably not in crisis. You're probably functioning well. And you're probably aware, somewhere, that something is being sustained at a price you haven't yet added up.
You don't need to have language for it yet. That's part of what we do.

The short version: I understand this terrain from the inside. Not just theoretically. That changes the kind of work that's possible.
